Administrative Assistant

This is a Full-time position in Spokane, WA posted November 24, 2021.

Spokane-based commercial construction company is looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Your main duties will be to prepare contracts, including professional services, subcontract, and purchase agreements, and contract compliance.

A successful Administrative Assistant will demonstrate a strong attention to detail along with the ability to discover potential risks for our company.

Responsibilities
Prepare subcontract agreements and purchase contracts
Oversee all compliance including supplier calls, insurance oversight and licensing of all subconsultants and subcontractors
Write contract letters and other communications and notices
Support project managers as needed
Assist with safety compliance requirements for projects
Ensure all records are accurate and up to date
Maintain organized system of physical and digital records
Perform general office duties
Skills
Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant
Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
Excellent writing skills
Keen attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors
Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects with varying deadlines

Ability to work productively independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,760.00
– $49,920.00 per year
