Kelly Right International, Inc.

(Kelly Right Real Estate and Modus Mortgage) is looking for a motivated, dynamic and organized individual to help the company perform day-to-day administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience in an office setting.

We will train you but you must have the right attitude and aptitude (excellent) for this opportunity.

This position requires the physical presence at our office according to a fixed schedule.

This is NOT a work from home position.

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Develop and maintain a filing system
Provide information by answering questions and requests

Data Entry
Handle multiple projects
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
Cover the reception desk
Maintain computer and manual filing systems
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries

Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
Receive, sort and distribute the mail
Coordinate repairs to office equipment
Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00
– $19.50 per hour
