This is a Full-time position in Spokane, WA posted December 3, 2021.

In support of the Sales, Marketing, and Activities Office, this position serves as the receptionist for the office.

As a receptionist, you will answer questions and provide information to residents, staff, guests, and the general public regarding Riverview Retirement Community.

In addition, you will provide information regarding activities conducted at Riverview, location of departments, offices, and employees within our organization.

The receptionist must always maintain resident confidentiality and adhere to professional standards, Riverview policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements at all times.

Required Qualifications:

Earned High School diploma or GED at the time of hire.

CPR certified within 30 days of hire (class provided) and maintained while employed.

Fully COVID vaccinated or approved accommodation request

Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Excellent customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a retirement, nursing home, or assisted living facility industry.
