Thank you.Summary:Plan, direct, and coordinate Administrative Services in the Workforce & Family Services (WFS) Department.

These services will include records and information management, billing, compliance, reporting, and quality assurance.

Provide support to WFS Program areas.

Must pass background check.Education and/or Experience:Bachelor’s degree (B.

A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:Set goals, objectives, recommendations, and timelines for Administrative Services in consultation with VP of WFS.Maintain administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; and developing personal growth opportunities.Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within WFS to facilitate other business operations.Manage schedules and deadlines.Direct the establishment, maintenance, and closure of WFS records across all programs and locations.Direct the archiving of records according to WAC, IDAPA, contract, and other funder specifications.Direct the oversight of tracking and verification of all billable services, to include authorizations and receivables.Oversee billing and reporting for all WFS billable programs in all locations.

Ensure appropriate verification of all reported revenue.Oversee maintenance or provide coordination of all databases utilized by WFS.Oversee preparation of WFS statistical information for reporting purposes.Establish scorecards and performance metrics for Administrative personnel in accordance with the approved strategic plan.Oversee background check requirements for Washington and Idaho WFS staff, participants, and volunteers.

Initiate rechecks as required.Oversee issuance and compilation of satisfaction surveys.Maintain/oversee WFS Policy and Procedures Manual; draft policies as necessary.Understand and enforce personnel policies and procedures to include workplace rules and discipline as they apply to assigned employees.Consult with Human Resources to implement Employee Assistance activities focused on helping employees resolve problems that interfere with work or home life.Provide administrative duties in accordance with Goodwill policies, CARF standards and principles of safety.Model and train appropriate work behaviors and interpersonal skills.Attend and participate in departmental meetings; prepare and distribute minutes, as requested.Follow all policies, procedures, and directives of Goodwill Industries assuring safety of personnel or property.Work collaboratively with Workforce & Family Services to support participant services.Properly wear and maintain all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Maintain agency confidentiality.
