Construction Client Project Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Dynamic Construction Client Project Coordinator to join our team!

This is an opportunity to find a career with a successful and stable residential construction company that continues building in both recession and heavy construction cycles!

This is a full-time (in office) position and we are looking for a long-term teammate to grow with our company and improve client satisfaction.

Experience in the construction industry is not required.

This role provides critical support to both our sales and project management departments by coordinating the points of interaction required to manage project inertia and to satisfy our leads, clients, and sub-contractors throughout the construction cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

•Communicate with potential clients that are interested in building a custom home with LCD

•Coordinate the workflow of converting leads to clients

•Coordinate pre-construction activities

•Solicit bids from our subcontractors

•Manage client selections

•Manage client change orders

•Create Purchase Orders and approve Invoices for payment

•Support President by completing assigned tasks

•Support Project Manager by completing assigned tasks

Other Duties Include:

•Participate in and manage trade show events

•Assist in the maintenance of basic project recordkeeping and correspondence functions

•Traditional Office duties such as sorting mail, answering phones, filing, copying, and scanning, and housekeeping as needed.

•Assist Accounting Department with client billings/construction draws and data entry

•Assist with entering data into the job cost system and participate in reviewing cost and budget reports.

•Participate in systems development to improve efficiency/workflow

Qualifications and Skills

•Ability to independently track and organize work

•Ability to work under time constraints with minimal supervision

•Outstanding customer service skills

•Positive and uplifting personality

•Intermediate user of Microsoft Office Products (outlook, word, and excelD

Job Requirements:
