As Flynn employees, we thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, team atmosphere, and are fueled to grow without limits.**This position will be based out of our Spokane, WA operation, but will require to be on-site full time in Central Oregon for approximately 12 months (lodging provided).

Upon completion of the project in Central Oregon, this individual will resume work in our Spokane branch full-time.A Day in the LifePromote Flynn’s safety vision and objectives through employee engagementFoster and promote safe work practices and implement compliance measures for safety standardsProvide safety orientation and training for all employeesAssist supervisors and managers in developing Site-Specific Safety PlansEnsure a full understanding of the expectations of the safety program with all members of the teamConduct regular job site safety observations/auditsRecognize hazardous situations and implement effective corrective practicesMaintain OSHA logs and recordsFacilitate, investigate, manage, and record all near miss, injuries, and accidentsProvide guidance and education on safe work procedures, best practices, regulations, policies and use of safety equipmentCoordinate and run weekly safety meetingsRepresent Flynn at on-site regulatory inspections (OSHA)Attend relevant conferences, meetings, trainings, etc.
