ACV: Payments Customer Service Administrator


This is a Contract position in Spokane, WA posted January 17, 2022.

ACV’s network of brands includes ACV Auctions, ACV Transportation, MAX Digital and ACV Capital within its Marketplace Products as well as True360 and Data Services.What you will do:The Payments Customer Service Administrator will report to a Payments Manager and their primary responsibility will be to answer incoming telephone inquiries from our dealer partners.

The Payments Customer Service Specialist will also communicate with our dealer partners through emails and written correspondence.

The Payments Customer Service Administrator will also work with our business partners within ACV to work toward resolutions for our dealer partners.

The Payments Customer Service Administrator must also know, practice, and ensure that company policies and procedures in addition to state and federal laws are always followed by persons under their jurisdiction.Ensure dealer partners receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention with all interactions.Handle calls and written communications with dealers and business partners in a polite and prompt manner.Be available to answer phone calls in the phone queue during all scheduled times.Investigate customer inquiries and account issues.Utilize Salesforce to document communications.Utilize NetSuite to obtain payment information needed to resolve dealer partners inquiries.Practice and promote teamwork at all times, setting a good personal example of attitude and performance.Ensure proper follow-through on all directives, bulletins, schedules, and accounting from the Payments Managers.Understand and enforce ACV policies and procedures.What you should have:1 year of customer service experience.A minimum of a High School Diploma / GED required.Excellent communication skills.Self-motivated with a sense of urgency for quality resolution.Experience with Netsuite and Salesforce strongly preferred.Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and excellent Problem-Solving skills.What we will offer:Comprehensive benefits offerings for benefits eligible Teammates.Unique culture that truly values each and every Teammate.Career development and future growth opportunities.At ACV, we are committed to an inclusive culture in which every individual is welcomed and empowered to celebrate their true selves.
