Customer Service Representative

This is a Full-time position in Spokane, WA posted November 23, 2021.

Description:
The Member Contact Center Representative I provides world class service to members via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, and correspondence).

This position responds to a number of member inquiries and requests, researches and resolves issues, and provides the features and benefits of credit union products and services to deepen relationships all while adhering to established policies and procedures.

LOGISTICS:
Monday – Friday
Shifts may vary so need to be available for any of the shifts below (shifts are listed on priority to fill):
10AM-7PM
9AM-6PM
8AM-5PM
Your shift may change based on business needs.
Schedules must be adhered to.

In the event you are not able to work your shift or will be late, you must notify Aerotek and Gesa, no less than one hour prior to your start time.
Pay Rate: $17-20/hour depending on experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
Call center experience
Ability to work from home and have a quiet workspace
Reliable/secure internet access
Ability to pass background and credit check
Comfortable working on the phones and assisting with back-to-back calls
Positive personality and excellent customer service skills
Must be able to plug an ethernet cable into a modem for secure network when working remotely
Must not have had attendance issues at any previous positions
Financial Industry experience is ideal
