ACCESS TO CARE (ATC)

These services are available to adults or youth in Spokane County who are struggling to get or stay connected with healthcare providers.

Work one-on-one with individuals to find dental care, physical health care, and substance use treatment providers that are most accessible for the individual.

This team works as a healthcare guide, helping to educate, advocate, and motivate individuals to meet their specific healthcare goals.
In this position, the Clinician II will provide initial assessments for persons seeking services at FBH.

You will determine if eligibility requirements for outpatient services have been met involves:
Comprehensive assessments, preliminary diagnoses and treatment recommendations for both youth and adults.

Intakes should be completed concurrently with the client.

Accurately determine the program assignment for individuals who are enrolled.

Complete clinical paperwork (intake assessment, progress notes, etc.) in a timely, accurate and legible (typed) manner.

Provide care coordination and linking with appropriate community providers for persons who are not eligible for or able to benefit from services at FBH.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES includes but are not limited to the following:
Provide initial assessments for persons seeking services at FBH to determine if eligibility requirements for outpatient services have been met.

Involves comprehensive assessments, preliminary diagnoses and treatment recommendations for both youth and adults.

Intakes should be completed concurrently with the client.

Accurately determine the program assignment for individuals who are enrolled.

Complete initial service authorization processes as required prior to referral to the FBH Clinician.

Provide care coordination and linking with appropriate community providers for persons who are not eligible for or able to benefit from services at FBH.

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
REQUIRED:
Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field from accredited college or university.

Must apply for Agency Affiliation within 30 days of hire.

PREFERRED:
Two years of experience providing clinical behavioral health services preferred.
