Then we want to talk to you!KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMESBusiness Know How – You possess fundamental business acumen and know how to partner with the Plant Manager to contribute to the bottom line from a people perspective.Is a Catalyst – You are able to light the fire in others and make things happen without allowing your own fire to go out.Leadership Credibility and Influence – You are able to connect with people at all levels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. When you talk, people listen and respond.HR Knowledge – You have a deep understanding of navigating the complexities of employment law, have performed the full gamut of the HR Generalist role, and have five to seven years of serving as an HR Manager in a fast-paced manufacturing plant (PHR/SPHR certification preferred)Talent Management – You have strong skills, passion and demonstrated capabilities and performance in finding, growing and keeping good people. You also have experience in high volume recruiting and are able to partner with recruitment and other teams to do so. Succession and Workforce Planning – You know how to ensure that a company has the appropriate talent in place to effectively run the business.Is Proactive – You continually scan the business environment for opportunities, have the ability to see around corners, anticipate and address issues, drive change and challenge the status quo.Advocacy/Integrity – You care about people, the company culture and the community in which you work, you operate with the highest level of integrity and can build trust.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field required. MBA desirable. 5-7 years of experience in human resources – preferably in Manufacturing. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized. Familiarity with applicable state and federal regulations.
