International Aerospace Coatings (IAC)

This is a Full-time position in Spokane, WA posted June 17, 2021.

The Payroll Systems Analyst will be responsible for ensuring employee information flows properly into and out of the payroll system as needed so that employees are paid correctly and on time.

He/she will be accountable for all tasks connected to this goal, such as configuring the system to funnel time and attendance information into payroll and taking steps to correct system errors.

Job Requirements:
Maintains payroll accounts and processes accounting paperwork.

Review’s payroll data and documents for inefficiencies and errors, checking whether all amounts are accurate based on hours and ensuring payment is on time.

Prepares payroll audits, creating garnishment reports, and advising on complex transactions.  Coordinates with other departments such as human resources and finance, completely new employment verification, and communicate any changes in payroll to employees.  Report generation.

Support in analyzing payroll data.

Payroll process improvement.

Metrics management.

Maintaining systems interfaces.

Benefits administration.

Serving as payroll contact for internal departments and external vendors.

Regular payroll audits, system updates, bi-weekly payroll processing.

Qualifications: 
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in payroll, HR, or a related field for payroll systems analysts.  Bachelor’s degree, Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred.

Knowledge of FLSA, FICA, FUTA, ACA.

Extensive knowledge of the laws and regulations in multiple states concerning employee compensation, payroll knowledge, compliance.

Experience dealing with certain systems, such as Paycom, ADP, Kronos, Ceridian.  Proficient customer service skills, communication expertise, math and analysis, data, proficiency, and decisiveness.  Ability to adapt to situations and make a fast analysis to solve problems.  Technical savvy, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook, Cloud Technology.
