In this role, you will network with schools and professional associations, attend job fairs, post positions, and create social media content to develop your pool of applicants.

From there you will review resumes, interview candidates, schedule hiring interviews, work with hiring managers to extend offers, and complete new hire paperwork.

Recruiter Job Duties: Manage end-to-end recruitment process for hiring, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategy Identify and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of the Human Resources team Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g.

Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams) Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas Utilize social media tools and create engaging content to attract new applicants Screen and interview candidates before scheduling hiring interview with managers Extend job offers, handle offer negotiations, and assist with new hire paperwork Job Requirements: Recruiter Requirements: 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience to include networking, job posting, sourcing of candidates, interviewing, and candidate evaluation Excellent Communication skills, verbal and written Experience working cross-functionally Experience utilizing Social Media tools to include LinkedIn and Facebook Highly organized with the ability to multi-task Strong attention to detail Creative and outgoing Experience attending job fairs and networking with professional groups Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
