We work in Workday and need you to be familiar with Workday and partner on awesome projects to enable our business lines.

We are growing our Workday capabilities and are looking for someone who wants to help us develop our usage of the system and help us manage system set-up, defining requirements, work with the vendor and internal stakeholders.

This role maintains and configures Human Resource Systems including HRIS, LMS & ATS.

In this position, you will ensure data integrity in HR systems and lend technical expertise to HR projects, providing solutions and configuration recommendations to business needs.As the **Human Resources System Administrator** , you will take initiative to identify, recommend, configure, and test HR system enhancements.

This role will be fully remote.

Tasks includes performing daily and proactive monitoring and maintenance of assigned technology systems.

Additionally, you will ensure data integrity and analyze flows for process improvement opportunities.

Strong communication, both written and verbal, will take you far when providing technical support to the HR team related to assigned technology systems.To be successful in this role, tasks will be completed in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy, and the HR team will feel supported with system inquiries and issues.

System enhancements are vetted and tested comprehensively before implementation.

Also, a collaborative partnership exists with HR and IT that allows for successful implementation of initiatives and maximizes the integration of various HR systems.**What is in it for you?**We don’t mean to brag, but our team is frankly, awesome.
