We rise together as a team and as an industry.710 Labs is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Senior Analyst to join our growing Direct to Consumer team.

Reporting to the VP of Direct to Consumer, you will be working closely with our marketing department, ecommerce, and client relations teams.

You will own the selection & operation of a CRM, digital operations for all DTC customer acquisition & retention initiatives, and support growth & retention across new digital sales channels and states.What youll doRestructure our digital customer acquisition funnel & data processesSelect, implement and own a CRM/CDP that integrates with our ecommerce platformsPlan, build, and optimize acquisition & engagement campaigns across all digital channels (email, SMS, in-site)Optimize and scale our use of Google analyticsRecommend solutions to hit campaign-specific KPIs, as well as improving department best practices.Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports and analysis for internal stakeholders (conversion funnel, new member conversion, retention, LTV, AOV, CAC, velocity, campaign performance, etc.)Prep and execute multi-state customer acquisition campaignsImplement processes to improve data integrity and accuracy of related data in databaseWhat youll need to be successfulProven marketer who understands and has worked across the full DTC marketing funnelExperienced
– minimum of 5 years of experience running DTC paid & organic marketing campaigns on all social platforms, with a focus on email/SMS, increasing LTV, and increasing retentionFamiliarity with tools such as Iterable, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, SendInBlue, etcFamiliarity with the needs of CRM/CDP in a SKU & sku-attribute based systemFamiliarity with Google AnalyticsFamiliarity with ecommerce platforms such as Woocommerce (preferred), Magento, & ShopifyHigh degree of proficiency with data management and manipulationExpertise with performance tracking, measurement, attribution, and reportingExpertise in vetting, implementing, and building CRM systems that leverage email, SMS, and push notificationsAbility to analyze data and information and translate into actionable strategies & tacticsPreferred: prior cannabis experience, understanding of cannabis marketing regulations.The Company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
