Join us as we prepare to move into a brand new, state of the art facility with almost four times the space.

Even without a pretty facelift, Hunter Veterinary Clinic offers state of the art medical and surgical care for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, snakes, bearded dragons, and many other furred, feathered, spiked, and scaled friends.

We’re looking for those with experience in a veterinary clinic setting, but are happy to commit to training the right, highly motivated person.

Successful assistants and veterinary technicians must:

1.

Love and be comfortable handling dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and small mammals

2.

Possess excellent verbal communication skills while truly caring about the owners who bring their pets to us

3.

Work with and care for our team, while being highly motivated to learn new skills

4.

Maintain an active license in good standing (for licensed veterinary technicians)

5.

Able to receive and follow through on instructions from doctors and supervisors without reminders

6.

Able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds

7.

Able to work on feet for prolonged periods

8.

Able to arrive on time or early for all shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00
– $20.00 per hour
