We are currently searching for a highly motivated and dedicated Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our multidisciplinary team.Behavior Technician Job Description: Behavior Technicians will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

They are responsible for providing direct behavioral therapy to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.

The position entails implementing Applied Behavior Analytic (ABA) programs, as written by the BCBA.

BTs will be responsible for teaching life-skills and remediating skill deficits as well as working to eliminate problem behaviors.
