Come and join Wagstaff to become part of our team and family.Pay: $18 per hour, depending on expereinceJob SummaryManage daily procedures including disposal for cutting fluids, scrap materials and refuse.Prepare purchase orders for cutting fluids, machine tool lubricants, filters and related materialsManage, maintain, clean and continuously implement improvements for the cutting fluid systemMaintain working document of coolant % readings for each machine on a weekly basis, track trends and identify affected machinesProperly dispose of waste cutting fluids and lubricantsFollow and maintain coolant Preventative Maintenance schedule and documentationMaintain documentation of aluminum scrap inventory and processManage daily refuse processMaintain wood pallet organization and disposalMaintain and operate Ultra-Filtration systemDaily inspection of responsible equipment and machinery for proper function and promptly report any issues to department managementIn order to achieve business objectives, work weeks in excess of 40 hours may be required; evening and weekend shifts may be requiredAbide by company policiesOther duties as assigned.

Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDBasic Microsoft office skillsOperational knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment including but not limited to industrial vacuum systems, hand tools, power tools, coolant & transfer pumps, floats and controlsWorking EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee will be exposed to moving mechanical parts, machinery and equipment, and vibration.

The employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles and toxic or caustic chemicals.

While performing some job duties, there is a risk of electrical shock and other risks associated with a manufacturing environment.

Job duties may require work in high, precarious places, work in outside weather conditions, and exposure to extreme temperatures in some cases.

The noise level in the working environment is often loud.
