– OT Eligible Position Details: Summary of Duties: Responsible for direct support in the administration and implementation of the Masters in Teaching and Master of Education graduate programs in the Spokane office of the Department of Teaching and Learning in the College of Education; support includes, but is not limited to: student recruitment, processing applications and admissions; advising students and the public regarding program content, policies, procedures and activities; database development/maintenance related to student recruitment, admissions and retention; preparing data for annual reporting; promoting the Education programs located at WSU-Spokane to individuals and organizations.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of full-time academic advising experience at a college or university or related education/experience.

A Master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of professional work experience.

Any combination of relevant education and professional experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year‐for‐year basis.

• Possession of, or ability to obtain by time of hire, a valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional experience in serving students in higher education.

• Experience in developing, maintaining, and/or using computerized record systems and information management.

• Demonstrate strong communications, team building, problem solving and conflict management skills.
