below.This position is responsible for receiving new loan applications and coordinating application signing appointments.

The daily functions include, but are not limited to: coordinating appointments, collecting and verifying all necessary documents and providing communication between staff and borrowers.If this sounds like a company you are interested in joining then we want to speak with you This position is available immediately for the qualified candidate we select.

Compensation will be based upon experience and will include an hourly base pay.

We also offer full benefits, which include Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k.Responsibilities:Handle all issues with signingsCommunicate with clients, Internal departments and 3rd party vendors and provide excellent customer serviceManage notary signing agents & assist with field questionsConfirm signing appointmentsSend out preliminary proposal packets to potential clientsPrepare Application Packages for signing appointmentsEnsure accuracy of signed documentsIssue FHA Case NumbersManage a pipeline up to 100 loans at a time with constant follow-up and updatesUpdate our database and provide constant status to clientsVerify accuracy of data imputed into the database.Creating and tracking UPS labels ensuring documents arrive promptly, communicate any issues to sales and UPS personnelCommunicate with vendors (Strong customer service skills) on numerous issues/concernsOther duties as assignedQualifications:Great communication & follow-up skills: Email & phone calls necessary throughout the process.

Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.Detail oriented: Review file documentation for completeness and accuracy.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Solid computer skills: Proficiency with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe.Basic math skills.Self-starter/pro-active.Friendly & coachable.Ethical, with a commitment to company values.Displays independent judgment and discretion used in decision-making; executes standard core job responsibilities and escalates more complex issues for advice and resolution.This position requires a flexible work schedule, availability of overtime during surges in workload, strong organizational skill and coordination skills, ability to work independently, quick learner, team player, proactive, goal-oriented, excellent communication, strong writing and analytical skills, and advanced computer skills.Education/Certification/License RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of a year administrative office experience.
