Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist

DescriptionWe have an opening for a Loan Servicing Representative in our Downtown location.This role is primarily responsible for the servicing of Commercial loans. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in one or more of the following lending areas: commercial loan servicing, processing of financial transactions, and loan reconciliation functions.Essential FunctionsEnsures credibility of the loan system by accurately servicing loan portfolioHandles monetary transactions, maintenance entries and updates to the core applicationHandles loan boarding and collateral perfectionBalances transactions, verifies input, identifies and corrects rejectsProvides high quality customer service, researching and resolving customer issuesJob RequirementsDemonstrated accuracy in working with detailed data in a deadline-oriented environmentMinimum of 3-5 years’ experience working in a loan servicing or administrative environment is desiredKnowledge of loan documentation, collateral perfection, and general loan servicing, as well as bank, federal, and state policies andrequirements is desiredDemonstrated ability to quickly adapt to and utilize systems and applicationsStrong telephone and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to effectively prioritize work projects to meet deadlinesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
