Customer Engagement Data Analyst


This is a Full-time position in Spokane, WA posted March 31, 2021.

DescriptionResponsible for providing analysis and support for outside departments and the Client Experience team. The Customer Engagement Data Analyst oversees the collection and analysis of multiple internal and external data sources for analysis in support of business decisions and goals. Utilizes customer experience data, market research and customer relationship platforms/applications to help drive customer engagement activities. The Analyst will be responsible for understanding and assist in managing the marketing automation platform.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Analyzes complex customer and product data from internal and external sources. Develops actionable insights, data visualization and other database-related applications that may drive strategic planning, tactical execution and tracking.Maintains solid technical knowledge of databases and data extracts.Manages customer lists in support of projects and customer engagement activities.Maintains the marketing automation platform, configures custom fields and forms, maintain data, create templates, assist with reportingCoordinates company data to develop workflows triggering event-driven feedback channels for prospective and current clients. Assists in the management and deployment of email marketing engagement activities utilizing the bank’s marketing automation platform.Identifies and cultivates effective third party resources for information/data gathering purposes including but not limited to: market trends, competitive market activity, demographic, and consumer behavior data.Assists in the development of consumer and business demographics for customer segmentationSupports marketing and mailing efforts for stakeholder initiatives and adheres to all compliance protocols.Works closely with Customer Engagement Manager to ensure that appropriate support standards are documented and followed.Collaborates and builds successful and strong relationships with business partners including products, finance, and marketing teams to problem solve and drive forward business initiatives.Partners with Business Intelligence to identify data sources needed for business unit software management and data analysis.Validates accuracy of data and works with Information Technology or Business Intelligence, as needed, in addressing any issues.Performs compliance and risk management duties as required or assigned.Regular, reliable attendance is required.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or related field. Equivalent work experience may substitute.Four years of progressively responsible applicable business experience.Outstanding technical skills, including the ability to analyze and develop complicated documents in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications; outstanding report-writing skills.Ability to effectively apply appropriate technologies in a business setting.Strong analytical skills; ability to review and present complex data in an organized, logical format.Strong organizational skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy as needed to deliver a quality productStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the interpersonal ability to deal tactfully and effectively with diverse groups of people.The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
