Coordinates programs, projects, specific to the operating unit served. May perform office or facilities coordination tasks as defined by your leader. May provide cross functional support to employees of different business units as assigned. FunctionDirectly supports one or more assigned business units, their team members and leaders which may include Senior Leadership.May perform office management tasks in collaboration with the facilities team. This may include ordering office supplies, local mail distribution, support of local new hire activities, and site event coordination. Exercises some independent discretion regarding job matters while obtaining approvals and guidance in most matters. May maintains site conference room appointment schedule and/or one or more schedule of local directors by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.Produces information by supporting outgoing communication by email, and employee communication channels, transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics.Has familiarity with all ENGIE Impact meeting technology solutions such as video conferencing, internet conferencing.Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential Prepares reports by collecting informationQualificationsDo you tick all the boxes?We are looking for talented and motivated people to create the future of sustainability transition.
