Documentation Specialist, Component Prep Area

The Allergy business is a worldwide leader in the manufacture of allergenic extracts, targeted primarily at treating allergies and asthma. Jubilant HollisterStier is also a nationally recognized contract manufacturer of sterile injectable vials, and lyophilized products. Jubilant HollisterStier is owned by Jubilant Life Sciences.

The Documentation Specialist will oversee documentation for manufacturing by working with manufacturing personnel on a daily basis to ensure right first time for all documentation prior to QA release submission. The specialist will gather, organize, and review all document associated with CPA manufacturing including daily packets, batch records, and misc. documentation. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring all documentation is submitted “right first time” and in a timely manner. The specialist will also ensure corrections are performed in a timely manner by tracking returns and coordinating with manufacturing technicians until completion of correction. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Identify and correct documentation errors by working with manufacturing technicians
  • Optimize work flow for documentation.
  • Assist in collecting documentations and organizing prior to submission.
  • Track “Right first time” and drive corrections down through training and process improvements.
  • Provide effective day to day leadership and oversight throughout the documentation life cycle.
  • Write, review, and maintain documentation for department needs.


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years related experience.
  • Pharmaceutical Experience or other Regulatory Industry Required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required, PowerPoint and Outlook Required.
  • Incumbent must have Strong organization and prioritization skills, and be able to work independently.
  • Incumbent must possess Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
