Air Pros is a well established nationwide HVAC company looking for a reliabl e customer-oriented DISPATCHER to join our team!

The Dispatch position requires answering multiple phone lines, data entry and scheduling appointments.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast paced environment and is able to multitask.

Our dispatchers act as a liaison, to provide product/services, information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.

We seek someone who will provide exceptional customer service.

Maintaining lasting positive relationships with staff and customers is key. 
Excellent organizational skills, along with strong listening and written/verbal communication are necessary.

Working knowledge of computers, software and office machines is a must. 
Responsibilities :
Manage large amounts of incoming calls.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Technician Support
– Coordinate all aspects of the service teams day including meetings, part coordination and customer routing.

Customer Service
– Receive, identify and coordinate requests from customers.

Warranty Processing
– Coordinate the need for replacement parts.

Maintenance Agreements
– Manage existing maintenance agreements to ensure service is received as agreed, coordinate new agreements.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication and presentation skills
