Mortgage Disclosure Specialist I QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED required Associate, Vocation or Technical Degree in a business or related field preferred 1 or more years of experience in loan processing required What youll do As a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist I for Banner Bank, you will have the opportunity to: Order required disclosures or re-disclosures to comply with current RESPA, TILA, MDIA, ECOA, HMDA and TRID requirements prior to delivery to loan applicants and add signed documents into the eFolder in Encompass Perform post-closing reviews on closed loans Prepare and maintain daily status report of due dates for initial disclosures and re-disclosures for loan originators Prepare requests for tax transcripts Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations Who youll work with You will be part of our Mortgage Processing team, responsible for administrative functions needed to assure accurate and timely processing of loan disclosures at the time of origination or other changes in circumstance.
