Mortgage Disclosure Specialist II Opportunity OverviewAs a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist IIyou will perform the administrative functions needed to assure accurate and timely processing of loan disclosures at the time of origination or other changes in circumstance.As a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist II with Banner Bank you will have the opportunity to:Order required disclosures or re-disclosures to comply with current RESPA, TILA, MDIA, ECOA, HMDA and TRID requirements prior to delivery to loan applicants within 3 days of a completed applicationPerform post-closing reviews on closed loansPrepare and maintain daily status report of due dates for initial disclosures and re-disclosures for loan originators.Prepare requests for tax transcriptsComply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulationsQUALIFICATIONSEducation & CertificationsH.S.

Diploma in requiredAssociate”s Degree in Business or related field preferredExperience3 or more years in of experience in loan processing requiredKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of all forms and documents for providing compliance disclosures for all real estate loan types.

Knowledge and understanding of TRID regulations and mortgage loan closing procedures.

Experience in reviewing itemization of all fees associated with loan closings.Possess good organizational, problem solving, prioritization, written and verbal communication, and customer service skills with the ability to work within defined timeframes and meet tight deadlines in a high pressure environment.Ability to work with team members and customers in a cooperative, professional and friendly manner.Proficient in MS Office products and lending software with the ability to learn new software applications.

Possess basic accounting skills.Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to exercise good judgment, accept responsibility, and handle confidential information in a secure manner.Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations relating to real estate lending.Compensation & BenefitsExcellent base salary and bonus potentialComprehensive employee benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, health and dependent daycare funds, life and disability protection.
