Alpha Supported Living Services (SLS) has an exciting job opportunity for a Program Coordinator at our Spokane branch.

Who or what is Alpha Supported Living Services?

Alpha Supported Living Services is a non-profit agency that provides support services to adults with developmental disabilities.

$1,000 signing bonus, paid out as follows:
$500 on payroll following completion of new hire orientation
$500 on payroll following successful employment for 90 days past hire date
Currently offering the following bonuses for DSPs due to COVID-19 (subject to change):
$100 for full-time per pay period

$50 for part-time per pay period
What does a Program Coordinator do at Alpha SLS?

To give you a general overview, we have listed some primary job duties and responsibilities below.

Keep in mind; however, this is not a full comprehensive list.
Assist Program Supervisor and provide participant supports that meet their individual needs.
Attend Person Centered Planning meetings and participate in the development and implementation or participant IISPs.
Monitor and track routine tasks
Build and sustain positive working relationships with participants’ families and friends, guardians, vocational program staff, DDA Case/Resource Manager(s) and other service providers.
Develop and maintain professional working relationships with internal staff; communicate information as needed or required, including incident reports.
Participate in meetings; attend seminars; complete individual training requirements annually and maintain certifications and licensures, as required.
Operate personal and/or agency vehicle on a regular basis.

At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma plus at least three years’ experience working in long-term care, social services or a related field OR
Associate’s Degree plus at least one year of experience working in long-term care, social services or a related field
Possess a valid driver’s license
Ability to work with vulnerable adults
