As Project Engineer you will:

Manage the planning and processes of a project and delegate responsibilities to ensure the project is completed efficiently and successfully.

Maintain budgets and make adjustments according to needs as they arise.

Track performance and analyze the completion of key goals.

Document and report project progress to management and customers.

Converts sales estimates to fully functional, completely engineered projects that meet the customer contract scope and applicable bid documents as identified by the salesman.

Work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager to deliver a functional engineering package and provide technical knowledge to field engineers and other personnel within the company.

Provide engineering support during all stages of project development (Conceptual, Feasibility, Definition, and Implementation stages).

Provide technical input and review to ensure detailed engineering meets corporate engineering and industry standards.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
B.S.

Mechanical Engineering degree or B.S.

Mechanical Engineering Technology degree
Experience
Structural Design experience
5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
SolidWorks an asset
Accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
