Thank you for considering a career with Pioneer Human Services! We are currently looking for a Residential Monitor with a passion for human services. Pioneer Human Services (PHS) is a social enterprise that provides individuals with criminal histories the opportunity to lead healthy, productive lives.With a location on the Lower South Hill/South Perry District, Pioneer Human Services is seeking a part-time (Saturday/Sunday, 8 PM – 8 AM ) Resident Monitor at our Phoenix House location.The Phoenix Transitional Housing Program provides a low-cost program that supports adults working towards mental health recovery. The program offers housing for up to six months, giving individuals ample time to look for permanent housing. Residents of the Phoenix adhere to a program that is a service agreement, not a lease. Spokane County owns and sponsors the Phoenix and Pioneer Human Services manages the program. The Phoenix is a weapon and drug-free facility, and marijuana is not allowed.What you’ll do:The Resident Monitor is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of participants, staff, and visitors while providing quality services and structured programming designed to promote successful community living.
