Sr. Contract/ Contract Analyst


This is a Contract position in Spokane, WA posted November 23, 2021.

Contract Analyst The Contract Analyst’s role ensures contract-data is accurately loaded based on customer and vendor specifications, while ensuring we meet vendor and customer rules around eligibility and accuracy in pricing.

The primary responsibilities of this position is to manage contract agreements, analyze contract performance and ensure accurate customer pricing and membership.Core ResponsibilitiesManage supplier and customer pricing and membership agreements for internal and external partnersReview contracts, amendments and identify action items and compliance issuesManage member access to supplier and customer contract pricingManages supplier and customer pricing and membership issues, and takes corrective action as needed within established timelinesEscalates issues to management in a timely mannerPrepares and reviews monthly reports, and other reports as assigned or requested by managementWorks collaboratively on projects to identify solutions and process improvementsCore Competencies & Skills5 years of equivalent working experience; 1-4 with BA/AB3 years of experience preferredIntermediate analytical and problem solving skillsExperience analyzing data, and skilled data entry requiredModern ERP Software (SAP and/or Oracle) experience preferredContract, Pricing and Membership eligibility experience plusHealthcare or pharmacy experience is a plusBasic proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage timelines and meet specific deadlinesAbility to interface with internal customers in a profession and ethical mannerExcellent written and verbal communicationsBasic financial and business acumenFor positions that are WFH: This role is WFH which allows most work to be performed at home.
