Working with internal teams and external clients, is responsible for the initial data review to ensure a successful transition. Acts as a technical resource and expert to provide consistency throughout the financial file process for our clients.FunctionConfirm accuracy and completeness of all necessary data to ensure effective timelines for client transition.Manipulate, analyze, and interpret large data sets.Provide technical support regarding the creation and modification of financial files from internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate resolution with IT staff and/or leadership in regards to transition set up such as assigning GLs, establishing FTP site, CET schedule, etc.Troubleshoot, analyze, research, and identify financial file issues and/or modifications.Participate and answer questions with the internal/external client throughout the process regarding custom/standard financial reporting requests.Responsible for technical client data set up including, but not limited to, set up of GLs, CET schedule.Analyze data set up including, but not limited to, sites, accounts, GLs, for Quality Assurance.Act as a technical resource to team members for improved processes and transitions.Work with internal teams on projects such as banking conversion, client splits, client mergesWork closely with Onboarding through transitions to ensure client satisfaction in regards to financial files and appropriate timelines are assigned and achieved.Other responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsWe are looking for talented and motivated people to create the future of sustainability transition. Join a rewarding and flexible work environment that encourages innovation and creativity and help us meet the energy challenges of today and tomorrow.Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent.Prefer Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Knowledge of ENGIE Impact’s reporting platforms a plus.Requires two years of professional customer support/account management experience, including six months at ENGIE Impact in a customer service role.Must be detail oriented and have the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and workflow.Strong computer skills including accurate keyboarding and fully proficient with Excel.Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude.Ability to problem solve and perform root cause analysis.
