Learn more at www.multicarejobs.orgPosition Summary:The Trauma Coordinator assumes responsibility for the coordination of nursing care of trauma patients at Deaconess Hospital to include development and application of standards and research to enhance quality of patient care, case management of trauma patients, and development of effective working relationships with all care providers, particularly the Trauma Medical Director.Minimum Requirements:Three years’ experience in emergency nursingExperience in Education program development Education/Licenses/Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hireAdvanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferredLicensed in the State of Washington as a Registered NurseACLS, PALS or equivalent instructor preferredCATN or TNCC certification and CEN required/instructor preferredMembership in professional organizationsYearly continuation education in trauma and related topicsRefer to CPR and ALS policy grid for requirementsMultiCare is an equal opportunity employer.
