The Sales Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity across all channels within the Allergy Business Unit.

The Sales Analyst must collect sales records and evaluate performance based on revenue, budget and gross margin.

The development and tracking of key performance indictors will be critical to enhance the understanding of the business and to improve decision-making.

Complete Phase I and II of Sales training.

.Essential responsibilities include:

Collect and report data in order to increase sales productivity

Collect sales records and trends, and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas

Analyze sales and performance records

Assist management in developing and reviewing the revenue, sales to budget and gross margin; including sales variance analysis

Co-ordinate the complete sales reporting for all sales channels (Key Accounts, Market Segments, Corporate Accounts, etc.,) Communicate sales reporting to Senior Management

Analyze results and set up reports containing respective conclusions, ideas, and general guidance

Generate ad hoc reporting for Sales Representatives

Communicate results to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Associate of Arts/Science Required.
Bachelor of Arts/Sciences: Business or Marketing Desired
2 years related experience in lieu of degree required.
2 to 5 years related Data Analysis experience desired preferably in a sales/business environment.
Pharmaceutical and FDA Regulated Industry experience Desired.
Technical and analytical database marketing and general business skills in the field of Marketing or Sales Desired.
Experience in Medical or branded-Pharmaceutical desired
Advanced Vocational/Specialized knowledge, Microsoft Word, Microsoft excel (pivot tables), Power Point and strong Computer Science Skills required.
MS Project and SAP (or other relational database and application software desired.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information required.
Ability to perform prolonged sitting and long periods of working at a computer required.
