flat tire changes, lock-out, fuel delivery services, etc.)On-scene time interacting with customer/establishing rapport, building relationships, trust and problem solvingLeverages sales skills for offering products and services from AAA to member during service interactionUtilizing on-board computer, radio communications, and mapping systemsCompletion of daily paperwork (i.E.

call-logs, battery invoices, cash receipts, etc.)Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesClear and proficient verbal and written communication even under pressureCommon knowledge of vehicle components and the common reasons for vehicle failureDemonstrates problem solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety as well as the ability to discern safety issues and respond appropriatelyAbility to drive a manual/automatic shift vehicleEducation & Experience/Licenses & CertificationTwo (2) years of experience in a customer contact roleEducation and training.

I.E.: AAA Compliance Training, RPST,TSAAC, Lock-out, PSP, Battery Service TrainingVocational technical automotive training/certification or equivalent experience (preferred)ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification(preferred) Work Environment/Physical RequirementsWorks outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles.

Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls.

Works in all weather and all traffic conditions.

Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous.

Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.
