Account Manager

ManageMowed Landscape Management

This is a Full-time position in Spokane, WA posted June 11, 2021.

ManageMowed specializes in maintaining the landscaping at multiple Commercial

locations in different states and our client’s partner with us to manage anywhere from 1

to 500 of their locations.

There are many facets to our unique business model that we are excited to bring to the

country at large.

ManageMowed exists because we fill a niche that most other

companies simply cannot.

We find and manage small owner-operator landscape

companies across the country.

Landscaping labor has unique challenges to meet the

needs of the client.

Our “secret sauce” and what sets our business apart is the effective

management of America’s under-utilized landscaping labor across the country to

provide top quality landscaping maintenance for ManageMowed clients.

The primary functions of the Account Manager are to grow ManageMowed sales volume by selling new services to prospects, managing ongoing customer relationships, selling enhancement services to existing customers, and managing landscape vendors who are contracted to execute projects.

In doing so the Account Manager supervises all work performed for the customer, takes active quality control measures and insures the work is completed on time, on budget and to the customer’s satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Grow customer base through direct sales to prospects and sale of enhancement services to existing customers.

Manage customer relations; ensure satisfaction; retain customers

Develop and modify estimates and budgets.

Conduct annual renewal of maintenance contracts and budgets.

Manage and coordinate Landscaping enhancement projects e.g.

bark, flowers, irrigation repair, high tree trimming, emergency work orders

Recruit, hire and train landscaping crews to execute to ManageMowed standards

Supervise work and outcomes; ensure quality of services; provide coaching and feedback to landscape crews.

Maintain safe working conditions

Monitor reports such as property audits, profit margins, crew quality control, crew training, sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of experience in business-to -business sales.

Sales management a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Strong Negotiating skills

Deadline and detail oriented

Ability to build rapport with clients

Familiar with CRM Platforms

Ability to lead and inspire others

Self-starter

Excellent organization skills

Excellent time management skills
