JOB DESCRIPTION

Evaluate client needs and determine scope of services required. Develop and present ideas and solutions to customers which meet their aesthetic and budgetary needs. Market, promote and sell all CDA products and services. Create and maintain strong client business relationships. Manage accounts and project activities. 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Educate customers on industry trends

·       Develop and provide ideas

·       Provide consultative solutions

·       Create budget

·       Lead customers to CDA

·       Build Market share

·       Manage account day-to-day business

·       Prepare specifications of furniture

·       Coordinate appropriate resources for each account/project

·       Maintain profitable projects

·       Actively pursue new business

·       Exceed the customer’s expectations

·       Product training, knowledge and relevance

·       Deliver presentations

·       Community Involvement

·       Develop and maintain personal network

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

·       Knowledge of industry

·       Design and space planning

·       Technology proficiency

·       Project Management experience

·       Prior professional sales experience

·       Construction and architecture knowledge
