The Good Feet Store, America’s #1 Arch Support Company is growing. We are searching for an energetic, positive, results oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The Assistant Store Manager will provide friendly, caring and professional service by actively helping customers to assess their needs and provide assistance in arch support fittings. We have fantastic work hours, a unique sales environment, and the ability to help people.

In this role, the Assistant Store Manager will also lead the team alongside the Store Manager. This includes coaching and developing the store team, establishing individual and team goals and performance management.

* Customer Service and Engagement – This position requires a high level of customer interaction, communication, great listening skills and the ability to demonstrate products
* Build rapport and engage with a client to offer Good Feet arch supports and provide them with a meaningful client experience
* Ability to develop professional relationships with clients and coworkers to positively represent our company values
* Assist in employee recruiting, training and developing to contribute to their professional growth
* Presentation skills and knowledge of our product
* Time management skills to set realistic deadlines and follow specific steps to reach time-sensitive objectives
* Partners with upper management to make team members and clients comfortable, informed and improve their experience through personal impact.
* Ownership of your personal sales metrics (KPIs) and goals
* Initiates self-development, coachable, open and willing to apply the feedback given
* Working alongside the Store Manager to create a strong team environment that embraces our mission and values and continue to strive for improving their sales metrics (KPIs)
* Believe in our mission, products and your ability to change customers lives
* Training is a key part of this position, whether it’s the initial two-week training period or the continual diligence of improving your skills
