CMO Planning Manager

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC provides a complete range of services to support the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries.

The Allergy business is a worldwide leader in the manufacture of allergenic extracts, targeted primarily at treating allergies and asthma.

Jubilant HollisterStier is also a nationally recognized contract manufacturer of sterile injectable vials, and lyophilized products.

Jubilant HollisterStier is owned by Jubilant Life Sciences.The Planning Manager will have oversight responsibilities for any of the planning functions, including Sales and Operational Planning, Forecasting, Production Planning, Provisioning, Inventory Analysis and Master Scheduling.

This position will work with the Director of CMO Supply Chain to ensure that all planning, execution and control functions are efficient, effective and meet the production needs of manufacturing and customers for the Jubilant HollisterStier facility in Spokane.Manage the Planning function.

Responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, S&OP Process, hiring, training and cGMP adherence.Working in collaboration with Procurement and Warehouse, implement integrated processes among Operations, Purchasing, Logistics and outside suppliers to execute the planning and replenishment process.Identify and utilize systems tools (SAP and ERP) needed to implement advanced production and supply planning systems.Participate in the establishment and communication of key performance metrics and benchmarks related to supply chain; measure and report performance against goals.Ensure that all Planning activities are accurately described in written procedures, and that these procedures meet with cGMP requirements.Manage process by identifying gaps and ensuring the integrity of systems information.Interview and hire employees.

Ensure that documented training, attendance, and performance records are maintained.Conduct performance reviews and set objectives for Planning team.

Review and approve performance reviews and objectives for non-exempt employees.Ensure timely delivery, and consistent high quality of product.Complete annual expense and capital budgets as required.Key Performance Indicators reporting and Inventory Analysis reportingQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Production Management, Industrial Engineering or related field required.Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management desired.Minimum 5 years related experience required.Supervisory experience required.

Having direct departmental management experience desired.Pharmaceutical and FDA Regulated Industry experience desired.Must have advanced knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and be proficient with SAP and ERP operating systems.

Physical requirements: Ability to lift 20 lbs unassisted and prolonged sitting.Jubilant HollisterStier is a great place to grow!
