Lovers, Spokane, WA is seeking a new Co-Manager!

Lovers Family of Stores is a leader in changing society’s perception of sexual wellness and the adult retail industry. Responsibilities:

Customer Experience: Ensure a unique customer experience in our fast-paced sales environment, that makes every visitor feel welcome, meets their needs, and makes their day. Offer a tailored sales experience through active listening, genuine curiosity, and expert industry and product knowledge. Promote continued customer education by informing customers, participating in, and/or running in-store educational workshops.

Sales Metrics: Find the delicate balance between top-notch customer service and sales-driving to meet and exceed sales and sales metric goals every day. Help team members to succeed in meeting their sales goals and metrics by providing feedback. Look for opportunities to improve and grow the team’s sales skills. Drive Lovers Family of Stores brand loyalty through being knowledgeable about all Lovers loyalty programs and consistently educating customers about each program.

Team Involvement: Show up to each shift with a positive attitude and ready to contribute to the whole. Be present in driving your own development and constantly look to grow and elevate your skills and add to a solution-oriented work environment. Be responsible for the development of skills for your team.

Operational Excellence: Help create and maintain an inviting shopping atmosphere with well cared for the product, beautiful displays, and efficient and accurate processes that support an environment of excellence.

Sales Manager Responsibilities: In addition to Sales Leads duties, you are responsible for supporting your team in the daily running of their businesses. Duties will include but are not limited to; scheduling and payroll, hiring and training, maintaining a positive and exciting store environment, opening and closing registers, delegating projects, banking, tracking store and individual sales throughout the day, being a cheerleader and coach for your team members during and after customer interactions, conducting performance management with team members, executing store directives, responding to store emergencies, strategically planning sales behaviors to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals, and communicating with your Area Manager, Home Office partners, and Support Team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.75 – $20.00 per hour

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Management: 1 year (Required)
Customer Service: 4 years (Required)
