nnThe Asset Protection Division of Protective Life Corporation has been providing F&I solutions for the automotive industry since 1962.

We proudly serve thousands of dealerships in the automotive, RV, powersports and marine industries by providing innovative F&I products, training and technology.

nn nn SUMMARY: nn nnThe District Sales Manager is responsible for providing service to a network of dealerships in an assigned territory for our automotive product portfolio in the Wisconsin and Minnesota, this includes maintaining and developing existing automotive dealer relationships and acquisition of new customer accounts.

nn nn KEY RESPONSIBILITIES nn Drive sales growth by acquiring new business and cultivating new customer relationships.

Develop and execute a strategy for increasing overall product mix within existing customers while building and maintaining relationships with key personnel.

Gather customer insight and drive solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Utilize CRM to actively track and analyze sales leads and customer interactions to enhance business relationships with customers and drive sales growth.

Establish ongoing communication with customers to create visibility before, during and after every service visit.

nn n nn nn COMMUNICATIONS: nn nnThis position is in continuous contact with external and internal customers.

As an ambassador of our company and brand, this position requires strong presentation skills and communication skills.

nn nn PROFESSIONAL SPECIFICATIONS: nn Bachelor”s degree preferred Prior sales management experience required 2-5 years automotive industry experience preferred nn REQUIREMENTS nn Strong focus on customer service, which includes excellent listening skills, verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others, is a team player and builds business relationships Must have a proven track record of developing sales results in an assigned territory.

Possess an organized approach in problem solving ability Must have own vehicle with a good driving record Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time by air or car nnby Jobblenn
