We are looking for a Resident Apartment Manager. You will be required to live on site at a NO-PET community. Duties include – but not limited to – showing the apartments, lease and moveout paperwork, collecting rents and assisting tenants as needed. Days off are Thursday and Friday. Salary depends on experience and the community size. An apartment plus utilities are included as part of the salary. Experience in property management is preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
