Operations Manager

BaleDoneen Method, a Spokane based healthcare education company is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team.

This individual will be expected to analyze and improve organizational processes and work to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.

In addition, the individual will be the point person for provider inquiries and support.

Organizational skills are critical, and the candidate must be able to juggle a variety of functions and projects.

Responsibilities include:

· Customer Service

o Assist providers and consumers with questions via phone and email

o Track all calls and inquires

· Marketing

o Create and/or manage all marketing initiatives

o Create flyers, announcements and press releases

· Sales

o Promote all BaleDoneen offerings including education, memberships, products, etc.

o Secure sponsors and affiliates

· Member Onboarding

o Portal Access

o New Member materials

· Accounting / Financial

o Monitor all automated payment transactions

o Review monthly financial results

· Technical Support

o Provide technical support to employees and clients

o Manage applications and software databases

o Identify and research new technology

o Document Management / Dropbox, Google Drive

· Social Media

o Management – internally and externally for clients

o YouTube and Vimeo video processing, uploading, and editing

· Website

o Basic understanding of website and ability to make minor changes

· Event Assistance

o Assist in the preparation and execution of all events, both in person and remote.

o Event Registration

o Provide Zoom knowledge for webinars and meetings.

o Compile and distribute event feedback

· Administrative

o Product inventories

o CE/CME documentation

o Create and analyze BaleDoneen Surveys

Qualifications

· 3
– 5 years of experience required in an operations management position

· Project delivery experience

· Strong IT skills

· Knowledge in general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

· Outstanding communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills

· Planning and problem solving

· Ability to address operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction

· Ability to conduct research for special projects, responds timely to inquiries and presents written / oral briefings

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
