Job Summary

The Operations Manager supports day-to-day office operations and provides administrative and basic desktop support to KAI staff and project teams.

Strong communications and organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and high attention to detail are critical to your success.

The Operations Manager is responsible for creating/maintaining standard operating procedures, supporting KAI staff (e.g., maintaining a clean, well-organized office environment, and ordering office supplies), and acting as a point of contact with vendors (e.g., software subscriptions).

Primary Functions
Work with teams to develop/maintain policies and standard operating procedures
Administrative support (e.g., inbound telephone calls and mail, office opening/closing procedures, office supply inventory, conference room cleanliness/organization, etc.)
Provide support to project teams, leadership, and business development team, as required.
Coordinate staff activities (e.g., company newsletter, holiday cards, etc.)
Specific Job Skills
Demonstrated initiative, follow-through and strong problem-solving ability
Must be self-directed, proactive, and detail-oriented
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and perform in a high volume, time sensitive/deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; maintains a calm demeanor under pressure
High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (i.e., Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree (business administration, operations, or related field)
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience
Location: Spokane, WA Must be on location
