Our customers include the largest aerospace and defense contractors in the industry and major manufacturers in the power generation, fluid control and transportation markets.

Our customer requires that employees and contractors working onsite are fully vaccinated.

Fully vaccinated is defined as two weeks since your last COVID-19 vaccine dose.

To meet the deadline, employees, applicants and contractors must receive the first dose of a two-dose vaccine in October, and the second dose of a two-dose vaccine, or the single dose, no later than Nov.

If you have:

· INVENTORY MANAGEMENT BACKGROUND

· Excellent customer service and people skills

· Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

· Strong written and oral communication skills

· Experience interacting with and presenting to high-level customer contacts

· Technical knowledge of cutting tools

· Knowledge of industrial vending equipment

· Knowledge of Indirect Material (MRO) buying

· Demonstrated experience hiring, training and mentoring employees

A typical day may look like this:

· Oversee the site operations.

· Make certain that all employees are working safely and are properly trained for the task they are assigned to.

· Vast interaction with staff i.e.; scheduling, problem solving, and team building.

· Check attendance.

· Provide discipline to employees as outlined in the US Tool company handbook.

· Audit different processes daily to ensure it is being carried out proficiently.

· Interact with receiving personnel regarding incoming deliveries.

· Field and address concerns & issues from the customer’s employees.

· Dedicate time each day for current projects.

· Interaction with contract administrators to help resolve any issues that have been brought to their attention.

· Contact with vendors to help buyers resolve an issue or expedite an item.

· Investigate inventory discrepancies to determine the root cause.

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Report daily to the Program Manager any issues, internal or external that they should be made aware of.

· Interact with customer and vendors regarding project management

· Assist with developing and submitting quotes as needed

· Filling customer orders based on department scheduling

· Other duties assigned by management

– $58,000.00 per year
